Here is a list of the books on subjects like gold & silver investing, general investing, and finances that has had the most profound effect on me. I have used many of the ideas found in them to dramatically improve the financial aspects of my life.
While there are many books out there, this list of books have been the most useful and helpful in transitioning me into a successful investor and pushing my finances to the next level. I consider the habit of purchasing good books as an ongoing investment in my education, and therefore expect my investment to return many fold.
Don’t be afraid to invest in your financial education and improve your skills as an investor. My small investment in the first two category of books have resulted in a return of substantial gains over the years and counting. I am deeply grateful for the insights, principles, and strategies I have learned from them. It’s like having an investment that just keeps on paying month after month, year after year.

Rich Dad Poor Dad – I set out on a quest many years ago to figure out how to improve the quality of my life and that of my young family. I started to really open my eyes after receiving a recommendation from a close friend to read Rich Dad Poor Dad. Rich Dad taught some very important life changing principles that should form the foundation for just about any kind of investor. Such as making/reading your own personal balance sheet, the difference between good debt vs bad debt, and how to have your money work for you instead of you working for it. I love the stories that Rich Dad told and the timeless lessons he taught in that book. One of my all time favorites.
