Is There Any Gold Left In Fort Knox?

October 7th, 2011 No comments

I recently watched this video special on the History Channel that calls into question if there is any US Gold left in Fort Knox which has not been publicly audited since the early 1970′s. I think it is time to lift the veil of secrecy on Fort Knox and thoroughly audit the gold there. I am sure this is something no one in our government with the exception of Ron and Rand Paul, would want to touch with a 10 foot pole. This gold belongs to the American people and we have the right to know if our gold is there or not. See videos below. Read more…

Mainstream Media Continues to Exclude Ron Paul

August 18th, 2011 No comments

I generally don’t post much information about political candidates on GoldStockMania.com. However, I am going to make an exception for 2012 Presidential candidate Ron Paul. If there ever was a candidate for the people, for an honest monetary system including gold & silver, pro abolishing the IRS and the federal income tax, pro citizen privacy, pro US Constitution, etc., then Ron Paul is that candidate. The mainstream media continues to almost completely blackout his campaign in attempt to prevent people from hearing his message. Jon Stewart from the Daily Show does a great job of exposing the Ron Paul Media Blackout. See this short video below, where Jon makes it all to obvious. Read more…

For those of you waiting for the next silver price explosion, I highly encourage you to take a few minutes and listen to this interview below by Bix Weir. He talks about a pretty substantial event taking place before the end of 2011 that will cause all hell to break loose in the Silver market. I also believe it is long over due, see 7 Reasons Why Silver Will Make You Rich! I hope you got your silver positions before the train leaves the station.

The Worst 5 Ways to Buy or Store Gold and Silver

August 6th, 2011 No comments

I am often asked, what is the best way to store/invest in gold and silver? I have studied this question for years and have decided that it is best to answer this question in two parts. In the first part, which is this article, I am going to briefly cover the worst five ways to buy and store gold and silver. In a later article, I will cover the best ways I have found to buy and store gold and silver. So let’s cover what I consider to be the worst ways to invest in gold and silver below. Read more…

Why Gold Stocks are Struggling Despite Record Gold Price

April 21st, 2011 No comments

By Jordan Roy-Byrne, CMT

Gold looks fantastic. It is breaking away from a consolidation which could be called a running correction. Two weeks ago Gold broke to a new high. Last week Gold retested the breakout and then advanced to another new high at the end of the week. Its textbook bullish action. Yet the gold shares have really struggled. Read more…

End Game

March 21st, 2011 No comments

By Toby Connor, GoldScents

For months and months I’ve been warning investors that the dollar was going to come under extreme pressure sometime this year. I expected it to probably happen in the spring. Many people thought I was nuts. They were sure it was the Euro that would collapse, despite the fact that the EU is doing everything they can to protect their currency while Bernanke is doing everything he can to destroy ours. Dow Headed For 35% Correction March-April 2011?

March 16th, 2011 No comments

Here is an interesting chart that compares some historical Dow Jones Industrial Average market data from the 1938 crash to our current DIJA market. It looks the Dow is ready to take a dive off of a cliff. The current Dow has pretty much already retraced the historical 1938-1940 data. By my estimates, we should be heading for a 35% market correction somewhere between now and April 2011. Be careful out there, things could a bit rocky… Read more…

Vietnam Moves to Ban Dollar Trade Too!

March 10th, 2011 No comments

Well Vietnam is at it again trying to force its citizens to use the Vietnamese dong instead of competing alternatives like gold and the US Dollar. I just wrote about this in my article ,Vietnam Eyes Ban on Unofficial Gold Bullion Trade, but there is a new twist now. They are now arresting citizens and confiscating their dollars! This is just further proof what desperate governments will do when backed into a corner. There are many people who say that the US will never confiscate gold again. Never say never. It will be interesting to see what the US does do when the US Dollar loses its world reserve currency status in the not to distant future. Read more…

Sold My Petaquilla Shares…

March 7th, 2011 1 comment

Last week I sent out a brief update to my newsletter subscribers that I sold all of my Petaquilla Minerals (PTQ, PTQMF) shares. Make no mistake, I believe Petaquilla still has enormous upside potential. However, the rapidly changing political situation in Panama is both alarming and potentially dangerous for investors. I have made a considerable amount of money already off of my Petaquilla investment and did not want to give it back because of the growing anti-mining sentiment there. I rather take my profit off the table and put my money to work in numerous other places before I watch it go up in smoke. Read more…

Timmins Gold Corp Reports Q3 Operating and Financial Results of US$16 Million in Net Profits Before Taxes

March 2nd, 2011 No comments

Timmins Gold, one of my favorite Canadian junior mining companies, released their 3rd quarter operating and Financial results today and they are looking pretty good. They netted a profit of US $16 million before taxes and sold 20,000 of gold at a cost per ounce of just US $439! Now you can see why I highly recommended Timmins Gold back on February 7th, 2010 in my Timmins Gold Trading Card when its share price was only $1.13. Congratulations to the Timmins management and fellow shareholders for a job well done. Please let the excellence continue. Read more…
